Bp Truckstop - GLENROWAN

In the morning we are stopped here to get petrol, toilet break and eat. the personal was fantastic. the bathrooms were super clean. the variety of food, coffee etc. was brilliant. I was very surprised to see this standard at such a place.

I’d write terrible service but I didn’t get any service. I waited to purchase food waited waited. No acknowledgement that I was standing there while the man behind the counter was chatting to 2 men which from observation were off duty employees filling in duty forms. I placed the food on the counter left the shop. Thank goodness I didn’t want fuel.

It happens again and again from last two weeks she (EMILY) refused to make a coffee and she’s very rude we went last night bt she said she cleaned a coffee machine that’s why we are very disappointed

The man at the counter is Doing good job. Thanks for living your job. Cheers !!!

The fuel price is way more expensive than those of near stations. The toilet was closed when it was the peak time new year eve holidays, they should know how busy it will be). The BP me did not work so I couldn’t add points. I would avoid unless you need fuel urgently.
