Pizza Hut - Glenpool

I haven't eaten at Pizza Hut in years due to a previous bad experience with their service. However, Kimberly was very friendly and even took the time to call me to resolve an issue with my order. I was really pleased with the service, and everyone worked really hard! I will definitely be returning to Pizza Hut now. Thank you for the delicious pizza!

Today, I received an order that was partially incorrect. I ordered a pizza with ham, bacon, and jalapeños, but instead got one with pepperoni. I called to resolve the issue, and the manager, Amber, was fantastic. She was very apologetic and offered me several options to make it right. I decided on the correct pizza, and about 30 minutes later, Amber herself arrived at my door with my hot pizza and a cookie as an apology for the inconvenience. Before leaving, she made sure I had the correct pizza and thanked me for my understanding. I was genuinely impressed and wanted to share my experience!

Great service, they always try and help me find a coupon deal for my order. This place is best Pizza Hut around!
