Contribuiți la feedbackWe continually return here for the soup. It is not cheap (for soup), however it is always delicious. I hate pea and ham soup, but the latest offering, although bordering on the pea and ham flavour I despise, was different enough to win me over. I do wonder whether we are missing out on other delicious offerings because we always have the soup! Service is friendly and reasonably efficient. I dislike the thick-rimmed coffee cups (coffee is fine, it is the cups I dislike) and have decided on my next visit to try a mug or ask for my coffee in a takeaway container.
Came for lunch and sat myself at a table. A waitress clearing tables nearby, looked at me and said "are you right"? I never know how to answer such a question. Had the chicken ranch salad, which is fantastic. Coffee good too. Just ask if I would like a menu.
Went to Tracks cafe in New Town on Sunday to buy some things for the garden (it's part of a nursery) and while there decided to have a coffee and a bite to eat. Great coffee and my cauliflower, chicken and coriander seed soup was superb! Only downer was the stingy servings of feta in Sandi's toastie (microscopic). I'd usually kick up a fuss over that, but Sandi rightfully restrained me - it's a lovely garden setting after all :)
An essential part of any visit to the New Town Station Nursery. Easy parking and access lead to a foodies feast. Temptation starts at the door with a display of cakes and desserts! A changing menu board features savoury suggestions. Seating is indoor or outside in the sheltered courtyard!
This is the best place to shop for all your garden needs and enjoy a cuppa, cake or even a nice lunch with your partner, friends or even dining alone. Fast friendly service, many items on the menu to chose from, catering to all needs
