Hungry Jack's Burgers Glenorchy

Put an order online for picking up last night at 9:12 clock, went in and showed the girl at the front counter my code for my meal and she said she would go to it all sorted and ready. 30-40 minutes later I went to theke and asked about my eating and they didn't even begin to do it yet, so I'm not sure what happened to the girl that someone should say? ... got a free chicken burger for waiting and everything we got was cold, dry and just rough, they made a hungry women angry

Ordered a bbq cheeseburger without the meat. Got a plain dry bun with a piece of meat. Clearly done on purpose, absolutely no idea why.

Always relish my veg burgers there. It is a wonderful to enjoy delicious

This place is frustrating. It takes an eternity just to place an order through the loudspeaker, and then it takes even longer for the food to arrive. The young staff members seem to just stand around and do nothing. The service is simply unacceptable.
