Great food. Fast, friendly service. Best battered flake in Hobart. Family owned business who remember their customers.

The lot burger was yummy! Mexican burger was a little bit plain though. Lots of chips. Was pretty quick and friendly service. It's exactly a fish and chips shop. Not fancy but good.

Desperately looking for a good fish and chips, googled local businesses around us. Was originally skeptical about it being a 'take away' place rather than just fish and chips, but decided to go there due to reviews. Was simple, cheap and exceptionally quick. From the time we phoned and placed the order, it was ready in 5 minutes, we picked it up and went to the local waterfront park five minutes down the road. Would go back, but don't expect fancy. Instead expect good old fashion local fish and chips.

I really didn't like the chicken strip's. They were extremely salty, the chicken was mushy from being deep-fried too long and it didn't really taste like a chicken strip. Also if cholesterol oil makes it taste better you should use it. I won't be buying them again
