Rice House Express Glenn Heights

I love the spicy chris's rice dish. It has just the right amount of heat and is packed with meat and vegetables.

Orange chicken was hard to eat and dry, not fresh today. the rice on chris’s fried rice and regular rice was hard, not cooked all the way. very disappointed as I have eaten there in the past.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken and Chris's fried rice for takeout from this restaurant, which is a 15-minute drive from my house. I paid $25 for my order and when I got home, I realized that there was no sweet and sour sauce for the chicken in the bag. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who said they would give me extra sauce on my next order. I explained that I didn't want extra sauce and driving back to the store would make my food cold. The manager insisted that was all she could do. Disappointed, I opened the container of rice and it was mushy. I ended up throwing everything away and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I was given the incorrect order and what I did try was mediocre at most. I do not plan on returning.

I enjoyed the garnel fried rice and the reishaus express m. great customer service and faster service.
