Sapphire's Cafe - Glenmore Park

I've been here a dozen times. great eating, great service, reasonable prices! some absolutely pathetic reviews from previous customers. a muppet gave a 1 star rating because “the place was so busy, we waited 5 minutes and left” her impatience gets 5 starts loser!...Some other pleb gives a star rating because “it was not cozy enough” but complimented everything else. the people are the worst!!!...except the people cooking and eating here....5 stars!

I have been to this restaurant twice now. The food is really delicious, the coffee is excellent, and the service is quick. It’s a great place for families with children, as they can play while they eat.

Being here many times and eating is ok. nothing special but comfortable for families. playground is the highlight. we were very disappointed today. bad service and said our order did not go through, after a 45-minute waiting time given with very little care.

We arrived at the restaurant on a Sunday morning and quickly decided to leave within five minutes. There was a huge line to order and the playground area was very busy, making it difficult to even hear yourself think.

Coffee is good quality, good range of cakes and slices. Did have to wait quite awhile for fries it was school holidays and they were busy but still felt a little to long to wait for food for a two year old end up take...them as takeaway. Overall was good I would suggest maybe more staff in the busy times. There is a great playground for the kids to play in.
