No matter when you visit, you're always waiting. The staff are expected to handle too many tasks, such as selling lottery tickets, hot dogs, Krispy Kreme donuts, coffee, and more, when all most of us want to do is pay for our gas. They can't claim they have extra staff for that, or else the waits wouldn’t be so long. UPDATE TO YOUR RESPONSE: This happens every time I go, not just as a one-time occurrence like you implied in your reply.

I bought a car wash at 12:41 PM, and now it's 1:26 PM, yet I still have two cars ahead of me. I suggest that when there's a long wait, it would be courteous to inform customers. I've now missed my appointment and I'm also about to run out of gas. #ThisCarWashIsTerrible

I had an absolutely legendary experience thanks to the big guy at the bar. He was an awesome bloke and provided fantastic service. He definitely deserves a promotion or a raise! He was hilarious too. Date of visit: May 4, 2022, at 5:45 PM.

They can't claim that they provide extra staff for these tasks, especially since the waiting time is often so long. If they don't want to deal with it, they shouldn't have taken it on in the first place.
