The Teahouse - Glenelg

Came in to get a coffee and do a little work on my laptop. They said there was a surcharge for using my card for a tab lower than $10 dollars. I think it would have been smarter for them to suggest getting food, snack, water, ect.  After finishing up I asked where the restroom was and left my drink on the table. Came back and it was gone! So I nicely asked if they had taken my drink and the lady said she thought I had left......no suggestion of making me a new one for a 5$ coffee. I thought customer service was bland. Especially when I stood at the counter and no one greeted me  even thought they clearly saw me there. I had to say hi myself and start asking my own questions. Not the best experience but not very good either.

Amazing selection of teas and friendly staff I always look forward to visiting the tea house when I come home. Nothing beats enjoying a pot of tea and catching up with friends and family

Jetty road tea fix with jaffles. Close to the beach and a huge selection of teas. Quiches, frittata and filo spinach cheese triangles. A good catch up spot for brunch.
