Kathmandu Palace - Glenelg

First time here with another couple we found it okay, service was slow, buffalo was chewy also not much meat in our dishes for the price you pay ( about $24 for a main) only 4 little pieces of chicken in our Himalayan dish. Also NO prawns that night surely could have gone across the road to Coles and bought some!!Personally I found it way to cosy I'm glad we didn't get the table in the hallway .

Not a spare table on a Sunday Night. Excellent food and attentive service. Our first visit but we'll be back.

This is a nice cosy restaurant with a homely feel. The food is excellent and they have a good selection of wines. It's not BYO.It's popular and reservations are essential. We booked and arrived 10 minutes before our reservation, but had to wait for the previous guests to finish up. We were seated at our reserved time, so no delays. Service is a little slow, but this gives you a bit more time between courses.

Food and service was good, though it took a bit of time between courses. The food though was well presented and very delicious. I would defiantly eat here again.

If you're after a quick in-and-out type meal cause you're on a tight time budget, don't come here. The service ran at a glacial pace. The food itself was good and there was no shortage of it.
