Me and the wife had been recommended this restaurant a few months ago and have been hanging to get here ever since.Having never eaten Peruvian food before wasn't sure what to expect but it didn't take long to realise that we wasn't going to be disappointed. We decided to sit back, relax and let them feed us ...a great move$64 a head isn't the cheapest feed me experience I've had but it turned out to be Money well spent. The staff were super friendly and always available to answer any questions we had.We started off with the ceviche (my favourite)..local flathead cooked in lemon juice, toasted corn, red onion and a hint of chilli....a winner!!Next was a tapas style dish of a...read more
I had never tasted Peruvian food before so this was an experience. I didn't know what to expect but I liked what I ate. We shared a few small dishes... Almost tapas like. Everything was delicious .. service was slightly slow despite the lack of crowd ; late lunch .. Otherwise a rather pleasant experience
We came to try out this place with some workmates. I'm not sure what I was expecting since I had never eaten Peruvian food before, but I was completely blown away by my experience. We had the Alitas De Pollo which meant we sat back and ate the 6 dishes provided to us. Every dish felt like it belonged in a fine dining restaurant. You could tell that each dish had been made with love and that the chefs cared about the food they were making. There was not a lot of meat in the dishes we had, but even if you're a huge meat eater, don't let that put you off, it was still all fabulous.Even though it was tapas, I left the night feeling full and satisfied. Highly recommended.
The atmosphere and ambiance of this restaurant is what makes it.We were seated in front of the fire and close to the bar making it perfect for date night.I love the assortment of food they have to offer and that their menu is seasonal. Never having tried Peruvian food before, this place was such a hit. And the staff their are so attentive and lovely. We had the 6 course banquet which was more then enough food for our hungry little bellies. Very interesting and unique flavours too. Really tasty.Would try making our own meal selections next time but this little find is definitely worth passing through.
