While the dumplings, teriyaki, and other Mongolian dishes were decent, the spring rolls and gyoza stood out as highlights. The spring rolls were crispy and served with a delightful sweet and sour sauce. We also appreciated the exceptionally fresh and flavorful ginger, which was a pleasant surprise.
As a devoted fan of conveyor belt sushi, I can confidently say this place is excellent. Just a tip: try to avoid going too close to closing time, as they stop replenishing the fresh sushi on the belt about 30-45 minutes before they close. The waitress was incredibly friendly and provided outstanding customer service. Everything we tried was delicious. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the sushi on the belt isn’t labeled, so you end up playing a guessing game.
I arrived around 7 PM last night and was the first customer. The sushi on the conveyor belt had been out for a while, but I tried it anyway—surprisingly, it tasted pretty good! I ordered shrimp fried rice, sushi rolls, tempura ice cream, and hot milk tea. Overall, the experience was quite different from what I'm used to back home in Hawaii. The server seemed a bit annoyed by our presence, which made things feel a little awkward.
My boyfriend was pleasantly surprised by how affordable this sushi restaurant is, and I really enjoy the fun atmosphere created by the conveyor belt! It's a great idea for a date night, especially during the week!
Definitely the best sushi restaurant in town! Their Mongolian dishes are also fantastic. You should definitely give them a try!
