Starbucks - Glendale

Horrible service at this location! Asked for my drink to be shaken with ice but no ice in the cup. Yet still had a cup full of ice. This is an 8 dollar drink Starbucks! I've done this many times at other locations and never had this issue. This location needs to do better!

It was a decent Starbucks, and I chose to go with the cold brew coffee when they informed me that they were out of espresso. The cold brew was fine. But I think most coffee shops, especially huge chains and not mom and pop shops should probably have some of the staples on hand.

The interior has a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The drive-thru service is both efficient and friendly. The food and drinks are delicious. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5.

A friendly young woman prepared my drink and called me over. It tasted great, and she engaged in pleasant conversation. The establishment was clean as well.

Best Starbucks besides 40th and Greenway ofc! Customer services amazing and greatest taste of their drinks today and food! I was very happy after my appointment to receive a delicious drink! <3 definitely recommend this Starbucks! Amazing serious <3
