Worst experience ever. The girl in front didn 't even greet me and when I asked about the macchiato with caramel, she acted like she doesn 't know they have it. Not much help at all. Besides from that, she just didn 't want to be there at all. This is the second time I came with the same girl giving a fit. I don 't know her name but she 's short and big and she is the cashier. I stood there for 20 mins bc I wanted to use my rewards and she messed it up and ended up scanning twice and use up my rewards. She finally canceled it and return my money back but the rewards Went through and I didn 't really understand what was happening and she said it doesn 't really matter because I returned your money and basically just tell me to grab the drinks and go. The manager need to have a serious talk with this girl. It 's like she hates her job and you can tell

Nobody at the stand, long wait before anybody bothered to come make coffee

I was a loyal Starbucks customer for 28 years. However, I believe that companies should stay neutral when it comes to politics. I follow a special diet called keto, and I usually have a small portion of meat from the deli at Albertsons on Cactus and 51st Avenue in the mornings. I've been doing this for about two years on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Unfortunately, the baristas at this location are quite rude and seem to show their annoyance openly. Often, when I say "Good morning," I'm completely ignored. They are usually preoccupied with their smartphones, listening to Pandora or texting. It’s frustrating to see them being lazy and failing to clean the tables.
