Opa Life Greek Cafe - Glendale

Definitely not as good as they used to be. If they are going to raise the prices, I would expect that they maintain the quality of their food. Service was slow even though the place was not empty. Server was unfriendly. Salmon tasted fishy, vegetables were overcooked, but the pita bread was good.

I used to come here at least once a week. I’m not sure what happened to the guy that used to work here because we moved and haven’t been back in a while but he was so nice to us he had excellent customer service always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. That is not the case now we went a couple months ago and the cashier didn’t let me put my phone number because I wanted to use my points to get a free cheesecake she said it was too late and charged us anyway with an attitude. We decided to give it another try and the Hispanic lady that was there was also very rude. I asked her if I can use a reward to use on cheesecake she looked up my number and said I had no free dessert. I explained I knew that but I had a 20 and 25% off my order and she said I couldn’t use it on dessert only food although I didn’t see anything like that in the description we we t ahead and purchased it anyway since we drove 1 hour just for the cheesecake but sadly it will be our last! We will never go back again. They had love horrible customer service! I guess they don’t want people to come back! I forgot to mention their prices went up from $8 it now cost us more than $11 for a slice of cheesecake!!!

This place is located nicely near the entertainment district, right in front of the seating area in Westgate where the waters turn on in the summer for the kids. I arrived close to closing time but was still greeted politely and seated in an area of my choosing. The server was helpful with offering popular item suggestions as I'd never been to this location before. I was satisfied with their food options and it was very flavorful as well.
