Mcdonald's - Glendale

I wanted to make sure of the name of a famous treat for dogs, so I asked the manager. She was unsure and didn't seem to understand what I was looking for. It turns out that it's called a "pup cup," which is a cup with whipped cream in it. I felt bad that my dogs missed out on this treat because I couldn't remember the name. When I returned to the restaurant to get them, they didn't seem to enjoy the pup cups. It was disappointing that the manager wasn't familiar with such a common item for dogs, but hopefully, they can be more knowledgeable about it in the future.

I placed an online order while waiting at my table, which took 10 minutes. After realizing my order wasn't coming, I had to approach the staff to inquire about it. Despite receiving complimentary fries, my sandwich was made incorrectly or I was given the wrong item. The staff promptly remade my order, but it was odd that the drink station was closed, possibly due to homeless individuals. This was inconvenient for me as I prefer a lot of ice in my drink and my son likes to mix his beverages. While I understand the reasoning behind the decision, I believe there should be a better solution that doesn't inconvenience the customer.

I go almost everyday to this location and my only reason is monique at the drive thru is super nice, her personality is so awesome n huge she makes mine n my 19 yr old daughters day! She's always been professional and takes care of her customers! Monique starts r day off right just w her personality and happiness!A lot of other people need to be trained by her! Thanks Monique for making r day awesome n starting us off right! Oh and one last thing, she gets my ice coffee on point with the extra creams n extra vanilla! Love love love her!

I went in last night took 20 minutes then had to get a refund. The service was super slow and the cleanliness was terrible. The shift supervisor was too busy talking to a friend to take care of things. People were walking into the back while not working. Just coming in to say hi.

I want to be sure what that was called so I told the manager. She didn't know. how can u know what I'm trying to find out the name of this now famous tasty for dogs. I didn't say sure what his called, but his cup of whip cream in him for my case my dogs? I kept them, but forget the name. (may be attentive in the orientation or new products that came out. or was it only rude to me to feel uncomfortable with it. I hate to say that, but my dogs are left out in the night on the pup cup. all because I forgot the name, but I explained it to a t. I felt bad for my babies not getting a tasty as all 5s rest. but I pointed out that I returned to the same to get them. she hoped she wasn't there, but they got pup cups. they are not fans of it. 1
