Mcdonald's - Glendale

I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's. I visited around noon and waited about 10 minutes for someone to attend to me at the window. When I finally received my order, it was incomplete – one item was missing. Additionally, the French fries were old, overcooked, and dry; they didn’t even fill the container properly. When I asked about my missing item, the staff ignored my question. Overall, the service definitely needs improvement.

I definitely didn't enjoy my order here, but for the past week, the food has been incredibly fresh each time. I don't trust the ice, so I never order drinks that contain it. I've also heard rumors about people spitting in the food, which is concerning.

Inappropriate waiting time. there is never ice or milkshakes. rude customer service. a hired killed a bug on the french frit deep frit and just extinguished him on the floor and continued to bring fry’s to the happy eating of my child. no cleaning products used. I didn't wash hands. has not changed the oil. management is very unprofessional. I can't remember the last time I ordered something and everything was there and was done right. I would not recommend this place at all.

This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. The management was chaotic, and it seemed that hiring practices were poor. Overall, a very disappointing visit.

Worst location, always lived by here and they always mess up orders even after repeating it more than once. Bunch of idiots
