Contribuiți la feedbackLe pain quotidien glendale is amazing. big food (the veggie banh mi is from this world and avocado toast simple and yet so tasteful), never a long wait for eat, even if busy, and great service ... I got a little French lection while I wait haha (thanks to natasha). if they ever recommend to check it in the opposite.
Had a fantastic extended breakfast/extended brunch here. Had the croissant with ham and cheese and added an egg, very tasty indeed. Fabulous lattes and followed up with their comfort bowl which was also delicious (although left the apple puree as was a bit too sweet for my taste). Very friendly staff and great service, would be my stop pre shopping at Glendale Galleria again, 10/10.
I enjoyed this super friendly store as much during the pandemic as I had before at its other locations! In fact it was now much easier to make a choice of their exquisite wholesome organic breads without having to sit down, or even waiting at the counter. We chose a delicious cranberries-nut twist called Spelt and Quinoa Scone at $4.50 and half a loaf of Super Seed Bread made at the bakery of buckwheat and corn flower with variety of seeds at $9. We asked the bread sliced and few slices toasted (moderately, not crispy) to enjoy warm bread. My husband added regular house coffee served w/organic cream and whole milk, $2.50.
Good to be able to have some healthier options as well as some nice cakes! Cappuccino was decent. Had normal coffee also but was the usual weak stuff. Coming from Europe we like espressos : cannot get used to American coffee. But nice and quiet place to sit down and chill. Pleasant staff.
I’ve eaten countless times at Pain Quotidien in NYC and Chicago and always had great, fresh food. Today not so. The quiche was very dry, seemed old and overcooked. The salad had 1 teaspoon of dressing on it. Service is super slow and inattentive. I won’t be coming back to this Glendale location.
