Kfc - Glendale

Through the trip dur gentleman very nice. I order a 4 piece with maischekartoffeln and a biscuit, added mac and cheese. came to 15.41 got home took the box and my meal fell through the bottom of the box, landed on the floor. kartoffeln and gravur, and mac and cheese container opened, my chicken skin came out and huh just came out of the bone. was so upset. I called her 7 to 8 times at first two times as if I was hanged, the other five times just busy. I have a chance to write that way. no answer yet. I'll call you back tomorrow.

My man tried to call this place and could not come through the phone line was busy as if it had been taken from the hook. when we showed up and wanted to order the 8 pieces family fill up for $20.00, and when she told me the sum, it was $38.64! I told her that it wasn't right and when she called the so-called man over her, he said it was only for online orders! let me tell them that it didn't say anything about it for online orders on their menu. Obviously he didn't want to honor her special on her menu! we will not be back to this place or another place for this occasion! because they put special offers on their menu and not online orders only! it is not so hard and does not take so long to put that there when a special! very disappointed about the service I received when I tried to order dinner for me and my family! do not recommend this business to everyone!

When we first walked in all we smelt was sewer and it was very humid. The smell of rotten eggs disappeared bcuz we got used to the smell. Food wasn’t bad and the employees were friendly.. the interior was ok wasn’t to dirty. 2 employees were smoking outside when we were leaving, felt like they should of been inside cleaning instead of standing around outside but they are entitled to breaks. Hope the cook changed his gloves and plastic apron upon returning to work and washed their hands.. didn’t look to appealing from a customers point of view.

They were very pleasant but they didn't has any brand of sweetener and forgot to include plastic ware.
