Domino's Pizza - Glendale

This place has changed enormously since david has taken over! congrations! the last manager was terrible. my experience and expectations are 99.9% amazing at this place! friendly and fast! I miss the bank waiting for customers. I hope they can replace it soon. david is a great guide and has changed this place 110%! I like all those hired there, but I have to give a special scream. he should be manager soon! I've never seen a more committed, hard worker and customer service that is individually oriented in my entire career! I was in restaurants, most of my life. this guy is mr. dominos and would make her organization a great good! david keeps up the amazing job! and gave herself looking forward to her brilliant future with dominos! thank you for having fed dominos five nights a week! the whole team is amazing! they work extremely good as a team! the

Beyond frustrated! Every time I attempt a call to make an order the phones never work. I even reached out to another location to try to attempt and put in a delivery order but 2 miles for delivery was too far. Whoever worked at the location over on 43rd Ave. and Peoria informed me they were going to have the manager Dave give me a call. Still no phone call! Then I go to the location order in person and sit in the car and wait for 15 minutes. I still continue to tip the workers $20 because I know what it’s like to work and that type of environment. I know it’s not their fault but there is a serious breakdown within this company. The one location that can deliver to me does not have credit cards service available or phone service. How inconvenient for customers. If somebody from this company would like to reach out to me have Addit! I order a very large amount of food on a regular basis. Yet I can’t get regular standard of service rather disgusting! I have no problem tipping people and paying for what I receive but I feel that it’s disrespectful. They have an ad where they offer money for people to pick up their own food and get credit the last four times I’ve gotten food from this place I’ve picked it up myself and haven’t seen a dime. Nine times out of 10 I tip close to 50% of what my bill is. Get a still have to see any credit at all whatsoever! It’s sad disgusting and quite honestly offputting as a customer. Whoever’s in charge should be ashamed! I would suggest paying a little more for quality service somewhere else. To be honest at this point I think I’m done with dominoes just sad because I do like their pizza!

The drivers are cool and the foods usually alright but I called in and asked about a coupon deal and the girl on the phone just hung up on me. It wasn't a mistake she just straight up hung up on me apparently because she didn't want to deal with it because she sounded pretty annoyed. Will never order there again. I deserve better than that, especially since I was ordering quite often.

WARNING: This store freaking SUCKS and they steal your money! I placed my order at 847pm last night. They charged my card and I never got my food, after calling repeatedly, these jerks don 't even answer the phone. Then around 1115pm the app sends me a message saying my order was canceled. Yeah a-holes, I figured my food wasn 't coming since it was in prep stage for 2 hours and no one answered the phone. Martin the manager should be fired. It 's absolutely unacceptable to run any business like this. F**K this store, I 'm never ordering from Domino 's again! ???????

I ordered online 1 hour ahead of time. When I got there the cashier said mine was ready. I paid and then heard someone say that one was missing jalapenos which was my pizza. They came and told me they were remaking my pizza and it would be 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and I heard the boss asking where my pizza was and nobody had even started to remake it. I heard him tell them to make a large pizza with these toppings and he gave them my ticket. I waited another 20 min and my pizza came out and it was a medium not a large. He offered to make it again but I said no. He gave me a credit for a free pizza later on my app and I took the medium pizza. I was frustrated with the employees at this restaurant because they weren't paying attention to their jobs.
