One of the worst DQ places I have ever been too. They can't get an orange Julius right. Don't waist your money at this DQ it's not woth it!
The guy markos working at dairy queen in the mall literally put his hand under his shirt then took it out turned around and made a couple of blizzards for a customer without washing his hands. I will never get ice cream or anything from this dairy queen again. Literally made me sick to my stomach to watch an employee in the food industry to do this with no remorse for anyone's well being.
Lousy customer service. I called several times to speak to a manager hoping to find out if the manager my fiance had spoken to about a matter that occurred last Thursday the 15th was there and the phone continued to ring with no answer and no voice machine. I was charged 3 times on a $20 order and they couldn't do anything about it then. Now that the charges are no longer pending and my money has not been returned I was hoping to get ahold of the manager who said that they would make it right.
Despite the busy crowded mall due to the last minute school shopping, we got our family a DQ look! Thanks to Luis and the DQ crew we became quick and with a smile
