Culver's - Glendale

It goes without saying that we will not be returning to this place. You never know what health issues may arise from poorly checked food. To make matters worse, when we reached out to them (we weren't asking for a full refund, just the cost of the chicken sandwich), they told us about their own issues with flies in salads and insisted on some kind of proof, like bringing back the sandwich—presumably so they could serve it to someone else. This is absurd and demonstrates poor customer service. Even corporate showed little concern, stating that each location is independently owned as if that somehow justifies their lack of accountability. Since we feel our voices may not be heard by the restaurant itself, I will ensure they are heard far and wide. We have already filed a complaint with Environmental Services.

The food here is consistently good, but we have never received a correct order! It's really frustrating to pay $30 for a drive-thru meal only to get home and discover that they didn't give us what we ordered. Tonight, we were missing the cole slaw, and my sandwich had no cheese on it! I always make sure they repeat the order back to me, yet there's always something wrong. I'm tired of spending money and not getting what I paid for! Honestly, Culver's, all I'm asking for is to receive what I ordered. Please make it happen!

I LOVE CULVERS. The food is always delicious and hot. The staff is friendly and wait time is not long !!! The shakes and custard is always a treat especially during the AZ heat!! Id recommend a butter burger for anyone that likes a classic American burger! If you wonder about the fish its fantastic also!! The cheese curds are a delicious pop-able treat and the kids love them and also my dogs :D culver's keeps the WHOLE family satisfied... When I do bring my pup in the drive-thru she gets to indulge in a Culvers pup cup as well while also bringing a smile to the cashier's face!! The inside as well has nice dining and staff is always nice!! Bathrooms are kept fairly clean and neat. No complaints !!! Keep up all the hard work team!! Let's goo!!

This restaurant is consistently clean and well-organized. I really enjoy the large screen TVs available in the dining area. Most of the staff are friendly and polite teenagers. I appreciate that they regularly change the flavors and prominently display the flavor of the day for their signature custard. My family loves to visit when we have a craving for Wisconsin cheese curds. My personal favorite is the single patty sourdough melt. The quirky phrases on the food packaging make for great marketing. Plus, if you complete the survey on your receipt, you can get a free cup or cone of custard during your next visit!

I ordered for pickup when we left Glendale in the hopes the food would be ready when we got there with the understanding it may not be blazing hot. We got there 5 mins before our pickup time but didn't get the food until 10 mins after the scheduled pickup. The food was as delicious as ever but probably would just use the drive through next time.
