Charleys Philly Steaks - Glendale

I placed my order in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, no one seemed to be paying attention to the takeout customers. The cups for the drinks were broken, and when I got home, my order was incorrect. I had to take it back to have it remade. There were plenty of employees, but only a couple seemed to be actually working. I asked twice if the large sandwich was made without onions and was assured that it was correct, but when I received it, it was wrong again. Frustrated, I decided to give up.

I drove 30 minutes only to find out that I can't access the restaurant because it's located on an Air Force base! I really enjoy Charley's food, but I’m so disappointed that I made the trip for nothing.

It seems like the amount of meat in the subs has decreased. The toppings are fresh, but overall, the experience was just okay. Unfortunately, it's no longer one of my go-to spots.

Excellent customer service. Great food especially their cookies n ice cream????.. 5 ???? Star rating.

How about mentioning that it's in a military base.. Waste of a drive
