California Fish Grill - Glendale

Food is always good and fresh but I wish they had larger portions. Rice in picture is thinner than it looks. The location in Northridge is better. Pictured is a fish plate with very little sauce and I wish they could fill the container more full of rice. Disappointed with the amount I'm getting for the price I'm paying..

CA Fish Grill continues to be a good fast casual option in the area. Seafood choices are pleasantly good also which includes Keto and Gluten free examples.Portion sizes seem to have gotten smaller since I previously reviewed them, but the pricing hasn 't gone up too much. For under $20 you can get a good meal with a soft drink. Bottled wine is still available.The biggest change in recent times is their kiosk system which makes you feel that they really don 't want any human interaction. A large touchscreen is available for your human-less ordering process ... and don 't mind that they will ask for a gratuity before you check out with your credit card. I really don 't know what would happen if you prefer to pay with cold cash. Maybe they 'll just treat you back with the same human-less look.

First time here and I had such a great experience. Lorenzo saw me struggling on the self order kiosk and immediately came to help out. He gave me some great recommendations and checked up on me after I got my food. Food was great as well!
