Best Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to, usually it takes me 45 minutes just to get a menu at the Apple Valley location, but Glendale BWW was much faster and much friendlier!

They cancelled my reservation due to some event. Did not even have me any option

Weekly date night with my beau. Love the service. Very attentive.

One good thing: Our increase in headcount (from 8 12) was accommodated (our reservation was at 7:30pm, we were seated after 9pm). Not so good things: Everything else went bad. Five drinks ordered, 3 came out. Food took forever and came out sporadically. We were charged for an extra beer, which was fixed in the end. Celebration was two fold HS graduation, and grandma's birthday. We asked if the server had a cake slice to provide and they said yes, but we were charged for it, AND they just threw it on the table in front of her and walked away. We were all shocked at that. Lemonade and Strawberry Lemonade was watered down so much that it tasted like flavored water. It was replaced, eventually. The server got our payments wrong. Two cards provided. They charged the wrong card and had to reverse it. The next day, I was told that the fixed charge was applied twice on their card. I could guess that this experience was an isolated incident, however we were all treated so poorly that 10 of our party of 12 wanted it mentioned. So here we are.

They wouldn't even sit us, this app meant nothing. it was for a child's day and a big group.
