It seems as if there needs to be more people working at morning rush hour. One employee doesn’t seem like she can handle the rush.

I got the Starbucks Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso the Pumpkin Spice Frappe in Grande. They did not inform me that were out of the cup sizes until after the fact. Needles to say, neither of these look appealing. I was getting it for someone and couldn’t give it for obvious reasons. Also, the Oatmilk Shaken Espresso (left) is not supposed to look like that at all.

I don’t know how you manage to mess up a matcha latte this bad.....this is the only starbucks i’ve gone to that has given me a drink like this.

I ordered a Venti drink and the milk cap bottle was at the bottom of my drink. hadn't done that until today. ? cmon stars. didn't go back because I live far from this place.
