Why do I love mcdonalds coffee? because I travel a lot and it is consistently good, except here. what makes you different from the reliable standard that mcdonalds offers literally than franchise? twice in order I ordered and it is in the ground water with cream. what is strange considering how everything is being measured for them to create it?
1. The staff in the drive-thru didn’t seem to understand my order. 2. My order was consistently incorrect when placed through the drive-thru. 3. I ordered two Big Macs, and they were cold. The patties were too small for the buns, the sandwiches were dry, there wasn't enough sauce, and the buns fell apart. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
During my recent visit, I noticed that the tables were consistently dirty throughout the day, with a sticky residue on them. The floors were in similarly poor condition. Customer service was another issue; one employee took our order while distracted by her phone, seemingly engaged with Snapchat, and the service was inexplicably slow for a fast-food restaurant that wasn't busy. Additionally, some staff members have a habit of wearing their pants low and constantly adjusting them, without adhering to basic hygiene practices like washing their hands. They don't wear gloves or wash their hands as needed, which is concerning. While I realize that many of these employees are young, it's the management's responsibility to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and unfortunately, the management seems just as lackadaisical. Given these conditions, I wouldn't be surprised if this McDonald's faces closure due to health and safety violations. If you find yourself at this location, please pay close attention to how your food is being prepared, as these workers clearly lack proper training on hygiene practices. It may sound harsh, but the situation is serious and poses a potential risk for foodborne illnesses.
I encountered several issues at this McDonald's. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when I try to address the errors, I often feel ignored or met with a dismissive attitude. I simply want the mistakes to be corrected. On two occasions, my son has had to add his meal because they seem unwilling to provide a plain cheeseburger. Even when I kindly request a double-check of the order, it doesn't seem to help.
I had a mobile order that i was picking up through the drive thru and the app doesn’t have like a “notes” section to say what not to include in my chicken sandwich. i pulled up to the first window to grab my receipt and i was going to tell the person to not add any pickles or onions to it. he slammed the window shut and left before i could say anything. i pulled up to the second window and tried getting the girls attention. i got ignored twice. i was louder the third time and told her and she told someone else not to add any pickles or onions. she was cursing me out in spanish thinking i wouldn’t understand it which i did. very rude people and service. if you don’t want to be there then don’t be there. don’t take it out on your customers. simple as that.the food was also very stale which didn’t help with the experience
