Burger Urge - Glendale

Purchased from Westfield Store: I am more than disgusted at having to pay for food that should have been taken out of the warmer 5 hours ago and not sold

We both had a Big Rich burger with a serve of dirty fries. The chicken in the burger was well cooked but altogether it was a bit soggy and not great value for $14.00. The dirty fries were tasty but soggy. Not great value all over and there are a lot better burgers around.

Dropped in for lunch before a movie. Nice place. Staff were friendly and approachable. Food was tasty and decent value. My wife's salad was great and she was saying how good it was for hours. My burger was tasty, well made and the gluten free bun used was light. I am a cealiac so the gf thing is no fad for me and the menu was marked appropriately and the staff member understood the implications. Only negative was one of the lettuce leaves on the wifes salad was brown.

Staff were friendly, food came out quick hot and fresh. Hubby had the New Yorker I had the Southern fried chicken, burgers were good but just missed the mark somewhere ‍♀️ But the dirty fries on the other hand were mouth watering I was sold at onion ring salt Would recommend giving them a try just so you can say you've been but it's not something I would race back to! Burgers are the craze in Newcastle and with steep competition Burger shops need to leave you wanting more and sadly Burger urge left me a little disappointed.

Had dinner here on a Wednesday night and the burgers where pretty tasty just small. If your going to charge $15 for a New Yorker burger should be a bit bigger and at least have some fries with it. To charge an extra $6 for a large fries that where not that good or really large is a bit of a joke. However this place has potential hopefully they can read some reviews and fix there faults.
