Peggys Dogs - Glen Margaret

The lighthouse was beautiful. It is great walking around the rocks. The restaurant there is also very good. There are lots of cute shops.

The two lovely ladies running the cart were really fun to talk to, and it didn't feel like we were just getting a hot dog at a stand, it felt as though love was really put into every dog they sold. It was not only a pleasure to have such a tasty snack, but also to spend the few minutes that we did talking to them as we waited.

My wife and I spent a few hours walking around the lighthouse and rocks taking in all the beautiful landscape and we came across this vendor selling hot-dogs and sausages. It was just what we needed!! The woman running the shop was very friendly and even gave us a neat sight-seeing tip on our way to Lunenburg later that afternoon. Prices are very reasonable and the service is wonderful!

After visiting the lighthouse my kids were starving. I saw a lobster shack and another restaurant but its not what i needed. Then i asked at the restaurant and they pointed the hot dog stand across the street. There we found a super lovely english lady with a great mood and atitude who served 4 hot dogs and 4 drinks.All we needed!

The sausages were fantastic and the owner is such a lovely woman and conversationalist :) and, she was great to our dog! It's a great stop for a snack.
