Contribuiți la feedbackI really love this Dunkin' to be honest. It's the place I go to study and the staff here are incredibly friendly. I even switched from studying at Panera to coming here because it's much nicer.
Why would they place the grumpiest person in the drive-thru who has no knowledge of the menu? I just wanted to try the new frosted donut ice coffee, but he seemed irritated while I was ordering. When I showed him a picture on the app of what I wanted, he didn't let me speak and tried to sell me a different coffee that looked nothing like it. What kind of service is that?
