Contribuiți la feedbackAubergine has been under new ownership for 12 months. I recently visited for lunch and during the winter season, they offer some of the best meals I have ever had. Chef Justin takes pride in his daily soup specials, with favorites including Moroccan chicken and chickpea or chicken and corn. They also offer a variety of salads, focaccias, and sandwiches. In the summer, I like to switch out the soup for a second salad. While the menu is limited, the quality of the ingredients is top-notch. Justin's Korean background adds a unique and delicious fusion twist to the freshly prepared dishes. Barista Luke provides entertainment along with your coffee, making for a great and friendly cafe experience with a hint of Eastern flavors.
Aubergine has recently undergone new ownership. I usually visit for lunch, and during the winter months, they serve the most amazing soups. Chef Justin takes pride in crafting a different soup of the day each day. I particularly enjoy the Moroccan Chicken Chickpea and Chicken and Corn soups. In the summer months, the soup is replaced by a second salad option. While the menu is limited, the quality of the ingredients used is excellent. Justin's Korean background adds a unique fusion flavor to his freshly prepared meals. Luke, the barista, not only serves delicious coffee but also provides entertainment. Overall, Aubergine is a great and friendly café with an Eastern influence.
Aubegine has been in new hands for 12 months now. I come for lunch and in winter that means the best soups ever. Chef Justin prides himself on his daily made soup of the day. Love the Moroccan Chicken Chickpea or Chicken and Corn. Always a salad, focaccias, sandwiches etc. In Summer (I come often!) the soup is replaced by a second salad. Limited menu, but quality produce. Justin’s Korean background brings an tasty and intriguing fusion flavor to his freshly prepared meals. Luke as barista provides entertainment along with coffee. A great, friendly café with a taste of the east.
Tulum is a hidden treasure in a gritty area. Despite its name suggesting otherwise, Tulum is a Turkish restaurant, not a Mexican city.
