Papa Johns Pizza - Glen Carbon

I?m on a low carb diet and wanted to enjoy a pizza without the crust. Hearing Papa John?s are now making pizza bowls, I stopped in to give them a try. I?ve had Marco?s Pizza bowls several times and found them an excellent substitute for the real thing. Incomparison I found the Papa Bowl to be horrendous. We ended up throwing our bowls in the trash and opted for a salad. It?s avery simple dish which it appears Papa John?s are struggling to perfect. I?ll continue to satisfy my cravings for a pizza bowlfrom time to time but NOT FROM PAPA JOHNS PIZZA.

I live in an apartment and never select the option for contactless delivery, but almost every single time I order from here the delivery driver just leaves the pizza at my door and leaves without even knocking. I?ve had cold pizza because I didn?t know itwas there, I?ve had neighbors steal my food, and I?ve had my food rained on. Nothing like cold wet pizza and soggy cardboard.

First Timer to this particular location. Great customer service! Great tasting pizza=happy kids=happy Mom! We will be ordering again! Thank you, to Andrew and staff! ??????

Their online ordering sucks. You can put all your info in after spending time building your order and it just keeps returning you to the review your order screen and won't process the order. Whether you pick card, cash, or pick up. Doesn't matter. Doesit for all. I'll order somewhere else and save my time and money for somewhere that doesn't give me a headache to try and takemy money

Ordered NY style pizza tonight. Crust dry and thin. Definitely not foldable. Not any bigger than a large. Very disappointing and not worth the money. Will not order again.
