Starbucks Coffee - Glen Burnie

Generally a good location for being located in a Target. I have caught them a few times near closing time and have been denied service or limited to what I could get. I have also seen it without any staff at all for about 15 minutes while people waited. Coffee and other products have tasted fine though.

The employees here have an attitude. They don't provide milk and cream at coffee station and they claim not to honor SB promotions. If you go up and ask for cream they waste a whole plastic cup to give some to you because they apparently don't want to let you have access to the container. Bringing my reusable cup became pointless.

This is my local Starbucks and I have to say, ?I love it ?! The staff is friendly and they are always willing to be helpful and as accommodating as possible. I have never left unsatisfied or upset with an experience or my order. Several of the staff have come to know me just by my voice and order over the drive-thru and they are such sweethearts.. always patient with me and my lack of grace when ordering. Oh yeah, the coffees, teas and food stuffs are pretty darn good too!

Haley the barista is always positive and a pleasure to converse with. Thanks for always makes great salted caramel mochas and for asking how my day has been! My coworker David and I agree that this Starbucks is the best because of you and your fellow employees.

After checking out from target I decided to stop at the Starbucks for my favorite combo. A cheese danish and carmel macchiato. When I went to grab my order I noticed it was in a plastic cup with ice. ???? I am not an iced coffee person regardless of the season I like my coffee hot. Also I didn 't specify wanting iced coffee. I alerted the cashier and the barista mentioned it was his mistake and he would remake it. He sits down ANOTHER plastic cup ????...I 'm thinking maybe it was at LEAST warm...no...cold coffee again only without ice. Smh. At this point I was over it and realized why the guest leaving prior to me wished me good luck with my order. I took it and left...to say I was satisfied is an understatement. I couldn 't even drink it. What a total waste if ten dollars.
