Mcdonald's - Glen Burnie

Every time I come here I have to go park in a space to wait for my food. I understand if you have a really big order but I ordered two sandwiches, a hash brown and a drink. What is the point of a drive-thru if every single time you have to park and wait. And make sure to double check ALL of your food to make sure they actually gave you what you ordered.

I went there Friday and the customer service was fantastic! The food was hot and fresh! The shamrock shake was delicious!

I order in the app for drive thru. 90% of the time I come here they have me park and wait. If I wanted curbside, I would order it! So frustrating.

I 'm a bit bothered by the dine in service The drive thru is without question catered to far above the dine in customers. I 've watched several people walk away from the counter with a very discuscusted look on their face, because, they stood there for roughly 5-7 minutes, and not one employee acknowledged their presence. My girlfriend 's family has 11 McDonald 's franchises, and each one has a designated cashier for the drive thru and also the dining room customers. To me, it 's simple, if there 's no customers for the dining room to be attended to, then that cashier helps with the drive thru, and vice versa with the drive thru cashier.Also, there is an indicator that allows you to know when the fries are done cooking. I 've watched several employees stand right beside the deep fryer, and they didn 't take the necessary 5 seconds it takes to lift the fries from the deep fryer and turn the indicator sound off. I mean really, HOW HARD IS IT TO LIFT THE FRIES BASKET FROM THE GREASE AND TURN THAT INDICATOR SOUND OFF ?????The ONLY ONE I SEE THAT DOES THINGS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT IS THE MANAGER, CARLOS. HES A GREAT MANAGER, AND HE GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP EVERY CUSTOMER. YOU SHOULD BE VERY HAPPY TO HAVE THAT MAN LEADING YOUR TEAM OF EMPLOYEES, HE DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE.One more major thing that needs to be addressed, The little Spanish lady that cleans the dining room and frequently cleans the bathrooms, needs to learn how to speak English. She has walked in the men 's room, twice on me, while I was in the middle of using the restroom, and half dressed, then goes back out in the dining room and laughs about the fact that I was half dressed,You folks had better do something VERY FAST ABOUT HER ATTITUDE, WHEN SOMEONE IS USING THE RESTROOM. ITS NOT VERY FUNNY AT ALL, AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT TO MENTION, IT MAKES YOUR RESTAURANT LOOK BAD.

Ppl sleeping in the seats. A dude smoking something inside. Food was fine but the atmosphere was just way off.
