First Watch - Glen Burnie

I loved my lunch with my friends here today! Stephen was so kind and funny a wonderful server! The food was fast to arrive and excellent! Both my girlfriend and I had the chile and chorizo omelet: To die for! We'll be back!Dietary restrictions: Awesome for those of us who are gluten free! I didn't have to work around the menu at all: There were tons of options!

Worst experience. Never coming back here. My husband and I waited waaay too long for our food, even though the restaurant wasn't even 50% full, we saw people that came in after us get their food before we did, then when it finally came, wrong order. The waitress didn't even apologize, just got the food and went back to the kitchen, didn't tell us how long it would take or anything. We waited another 20 minutes for THE MOST DISGUSTING looking food I've ever been served. The photos are from the quinoa bowl we got without the eggs (only thing my husband ate), and the photo of what they advertised. That quinoa was so overcooked and wet we could've fed it to a baby. The manager did a good job of not charging us for that one order, but after that trash experience and the quality of the other item we ordered (the salad had such a sweet dressing and it was so much of it, it could've easily be a dessert), we're not coming back.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The staff, including the manager Marquis, seemed very incompetent. I ordered two sandwiches without any vegetables, but they brought them with vegetables instead. When I requested a replacement due to their error, they did provide me with new sandwiches but unexpectedly charged me for them. I confronted the manager for an explanation, but he insisted that I would have to pay for the new sandwiches, even though the initial mistake was theirs. While the first watch location has potential, they really need to hire staff who are capable of providing good customer service. Unfortunately, this experience ruined my entire day, and I cannot recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant is always a great spot to enjoy a delicious breakfast. The coffee is definitely my favorite part!

First time here, but it won't be my last. There are so many delicious looking options on the menu for breakfast or lunch. The place was inviting and clean. Service was a bit slow, but our server was kind and gracious. We had a 20-minute wait to be seated, and food was slow to come out. It was prime brunch time on a Sunday, so that was to be expected. If coming during peak times, I suggest having a small snack prior to arrival and packing some patience.Kid-friendliness: There were plenty of yummy options on the kids' menu, high chairs and changing tables were available. They also give the kids an activity sheet and crayons.
