Never going back the food was just like it service bad

Me and my roommate come here all the time. The food is great and most of the servers are great too! We will keep coming back for sure.

Poor service poor customer service.The managers is a young lady whom don't know what she is doing at times,she has a bad attitude poor customer service.my reasons for the visit was to Scout A venue for a Company's lunching my company is in the same parking lot.At this point we will take our business elsewhere from this point...

I ordered a door dash order, chicken strip dinner, red potatoes and hashbrowns. It had a stink bug in it. Called the store the Mgr offered to remake and bring to me which he did,that's why the 1 star was given. The food was really bad. The chicken strips were so over cooked they tasted burnt. The grease definitely needs to be changed. The red potatoes were not done but tasted burnt and the hash browns also had a greasy burnt taste to them.i used to manage the glen burnie Dennys til 2006. I'm so sad to see it going down hill. Hope this is just a 1 time thing.Update:Husband and I went in this morning. Ordered a 2 eggs, hashbrown with cheddar cheese and toast breakfast and he got a order of hashbrowns. There was only 4 tables in there but it took 40 minutes to receive the food. And when we did the hashbrowns were raw, cheddar cheese not melted and my toast had butter on it, but just 1 side. Lol. I was a manager for the glen burnie Dennys for 15 years. I would never allow that food to go out like that. If they were busy I could excuse some of it but they were not. Won't be returning.
