Nuevo Mexico - Glen Allen

Not impressed. The portions were very small. I should have taken it as a warning when I noticed that only one table was occupied. The food tasted decent, but it wasn't anything special. The tamales had way too much masa, with only a little bit of chicken inside. The portion sizes were quite disappointing; my group of four left feeling hungry. There are many better Mexican restaurants out there, and unfortunately, we won't be coming back.

It's difficult to compare Mexican cuisine from the Rocky Mountains to that of the East Coast. Honestly, the food here is just so much better.

I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant. It used to be a family favorite, but recently our experience was far from satisfactory. Two out of the three orders we placed were incorrect, and several items were missing. Honestly, is there a rating lower than one star? This place has really disappointed us.

Very friendly staff and happy to help or give suggestions. We were their early and the only had 1 man working in the front but he stayed active and took care of orders, bringing drinks, taking orders, bringing food, seating new customers with ease.

Wife and I are just finishing a great lunch! HugePortions, very tasty, friendly people!
