Arby's - Glen Allen

This is the best Arby’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Paul, the manager, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the food atmosphere was surprisingly good. Went here with my brother and his family and the kids all enjoyed it too. The chicken dish was a lot more like something you would expect at a barbecue restaurant than in a fast food place. Highly recommend this!

Drive through late and the fried were cold and hard like they had been sitting out

Went through the drive threw. The lady was very nice and got my order right.

My Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich was messy, but tasted good.

Of all the Arby's in all the towns and cities and in all the states, this one takes the cake! Not only was the outside nice but it continued inside. When you first walk in you feel the fireplace heat (gas insert). And while you are standing in line to order it warms your back. Then you order, and it isn't like others, the board is right in front of the register...on a placard. It was unusual to not see menu monitors above the counter. We ordered, waited about 3 minutes and then sat down to eat. We sat on the other side of the fireplace and enjoyed the warmth on a cooler Virginia day. The natural skylights, stone and even high backed chairs lent an air of sit down dining rather than fast food. All in all we would definitely go back and dine here again!
