Falorio's - Glassport

This restaurant believes they are top-notch, but I find that they are often closed or on vacation when I try to call. I cannot confirm if they are open regularly, but I am pleased with their delicious meat. While their pizza does not compare to Mama Pepino's, it is still decent. Their desserts and entrees are superior to Mama Pepino's. If they had a better cook, they could reach the top tier of restaurants.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed a delivery order and was told it would take 60 minutes, but it ended up taking two hours and I still hadn't received my food. When I called the restaurant to inquire, the manager was incredibly rude and told me that delivery was a privilege, not a right. I was just trying to find out when my food would arrive and was being respectful, but they were dismissive and disrespectful. I will never be returning to this restaurant due to the way I was treated and their subpar customer service. I can't even comment on the food because I never received it. Absolutely terrible experience.

I ordered from this place for the first time and was very disappointed. I can't believe I wasted $16 on fries that were undercooked and unappetizing, and a cheeseburger that looked like it was meant for a child.

I ordered food, it was more than half an hour too late. pizza was dirty and burned around the edges. pizza had not enough sauce. sampler was okay. but I will not order from them again
