Contribuiți la feedbackA few years ago, I visited Silverburn with my daughter. She was invited to participate in a special experience where she was given a chef's hat and coat and got to assist in making sushi in the front kitchen.
The fish at this restaurant is fresh and the prices are reasonable. However, the service is slow - our £3 tea didn't arrive until halfway through our meal, despite asking for it. It would have been appreciated if it had come sooner.
It has been years since my last visit to this restaurant. The menu has improved and expanded since then. It used to only offer sushi, but now they also have sashimi and other additions.
While quite expensive, eating was amazing. I had the fried dumplings, book soba with sesame sauce and two portions of takoyaki, because they were just so good. service was good if only a little slow but overall a very good meal recommended!
I think the sushi we have ordered is the only thing that has made the difference in the ground everywhere (as its vegetarian and ready) was the tamago, the sushi rice itself and yakimeshi. the reis was in order, as well as the tamago, but the yakimeshi was very common and blanching. service was friendly and very efficient the second time that I had eaten yesterday evening at this place, as my Italian friend has never tried the transporter belt sushi, was the sushi in order, but the stirring fry soba and fried rice was terrible. soba was super sour and fried rice was super salty, they replace the fried rice and came out better, but completely different flavor tanning we ordered first.
