Contribuiți la feedbackMy boyfriend and I visited this restaurant for a quick bite. I accidentally left my wallet on the table when they closed the doors right after I left. I realized I forgot my wallet quickly and had to go to the window to ask them to retrieve it for me. It was a bit of a hassle as I was stuck between a car and the window. I also tried to place an order using their app with Google Pay but encountered some issues. Overall, it was a chaotic experience and you never really know what's going on inside the restaurant when you're in the drive-thru.
First, the restaurant lobby was locked. Another guest let us in. The sandwich was not anything to write home about. I'm not a big fan of fast food, but for the price, I guess it was okay. Wendy's would have been a better choice for fast food. I felt really disappointed with my experience this time. The place was not clean either. This was my first visit and will definitely be my last for a long time.
I love it! I don't understand why the baked potato didn't have any toppings on it. It should be fully loaded and not served cold.
Eating was terrible. I have cold nuggets in the car thru and when I told her they were cold, they gave me more, and they were also cold. I asked about my money back, then decided to repair fresh. I ordered 2 baconator burger 1 had absolutely no speck! Rude employees! and to distribute it, they had no coke!
Had door dash delivered and it was completely wrong. The driver calls them to offer going back and having it corrected and they were rude as could be to her. So I called long story short they said they were mailing me a coupon to replace the meal. It never came and I doubt it was sent. Have not been back since. Poorly run and bad management
