The building is stunning, and the staff were very friendly and well-organized. We attended a concert featuring Hans Zimmer and John Williams. The character performances by the Imperial Scottish Garrison were spectacular.

Beautiful afternoon tea experience. very attentive staff who review to ensure that everything was good. we chose the classic afternoon tea with a bottle of wine, beautiful sandwiches, cake, shortbread scones. beautiful building. we had a short 5 minutes waiting for a table good worth it.

Clean and free toilet facilities. A staple of a Glasgow shopping trip for many. Good selection of shops and a food court on the top floor. The food court could be doing with expanding beyond Burger King all the same. Hence the 4 stars.
