Papa Johns – Glasgow Southside Kilmarnock Road

I had a minor issue with a previous delivery, but I contacted the appropriate channels to resolve it. The customer service I received in response to my issue exceeded my expectations. I understand that mistakes happen, so I do not like to complain over small errors. However, I was pleasantly surprised when management reached out to me, offered store credit, and made sure I was satisfied. I placed another order later that evening and was surprised with a free bottle of Pepsi when I picked it up. I must say, even though mistakes happen, the way this situation was handled truly showcased the restaurant's dedication to exceptional customer service. I am extremely pleased and grateful for the efforts of everyone at the restaurant, and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

A trully shocking bad Indian restaurant, so bad they can't even make a huhn corma, and always suspects a takeaway that was less than ten minutes after the order by phone that the food appears and what I encountered was in less than five bits in the am. I ordered a chicken corma, and the corma was spicier than the meal I normally had from the Chinese order, and the hawn was obviously prepared days earlier. and the Pilau rice I had come back was a boiled oily, fried, brown, extremely lively food. I just inherited from here because my father likes to eat Indian. that was the last stray with this restaurant. 5 times I was, and every food was unusable.

Avoid this takeout as they are extremely unprofessional and blatant liars. This has happened twice to us and we have been left extremely disappointed with their service. Our pizza was not delivered even after hours and while we phoned the takeout to inquire about the status they confirmed the delivery was on the way. They lied to us about the delivery on separate phone calls we made to them and their lies were only caught when I insisted to speak to their manager about my refund. The store manager then confirmed that due to some technical issue our order was never placed on their system. When I asked about the their lies, the manager was only able to offer apology for they were extremely busy on the evening. This is not acceptable. If a store is busy they should advise the customers of the wait times, at least the customer can choose to go ahead with the order or not. Also being lied to feels like being cheated. I have requested my refund and manager confirmed it was processed but I still haven't received any money in my account. Papa Johns should really choose better franchise owners.

This was a bad night for papa johns. Huge delays in deliveries, I ended up going to collect. Staff were very nice just swamped. Pizza's were ok
