I didn't want to hang around. I don't know if the heating was down, but nobody said it was. However, I would definitely get a bonus for fresh, imaginative and interesting foods and would definitely go back (although on a warmer day!
I cant think of anywhere in Glasgow thats as good as Nonya in its price range. The quality is stunning.
Very authentic and flavoursome food. Nice atmosphere and good service. Good vegan options
Portion size was very well judged for me. Flavours are unusual, some subtle some intense. Excellent.
Nonya rightly deserves its Times recommendation. Lovely interesting honest food in a pleasant environment. It was noisy with a couple of large parties seated for lunch but that is to be expected in such a popular venue on a Saturday afternoon. The food can be pretty spicy but the menu is marked with a chilli rating for guidance. The service was efficient but relaxed. I would strong suggest that a reservation is required to secure a table.
