Drygate Brewing Co - Glasgow

After looking forward to a nice dinner at this restaurant and checking the menu online, we were disappointed to find limited vegetarian options. Despite seeing at least 2 main courses we could have, we were informed upon seating that there were no vegetarian options left, so we had to settle for chips. We also ordered a side of ‘beer vegetables’ for £3 each, only to receive tiny bowls of slightly vinegary raw vegetables. With 2 out of 5 of us being vegetarian and another following a vegan diet due to allergies, it was surprising that the restaurant couldn't accommodate our dietary needs. The lack of compensation or apologies for this oversight was disappointing. Additionally, the service was slow and forgetful, with one of our drinks and dishes being completely forgotten. The food we did receive was average at best and overpriced. Unfortunately, we do not plan on returning to this establishment.

The food was fantastic, the service was superb, and the beer selection was top-notch. Overall, it was an excellent evening.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for chatting. The noise level is manageable. The food and beer are top-notch. Although the service can be a little disorganized, the staff is very friendly and quick to resolve any issues in a friendly manner. The design and layout of the restaurant are unique and inviting. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Cheers!

Friendly atmosphere with a relaxing and rustic feel. Food was delicious and good value. Staff were lovely. First visit was a week ago with six other people who all enjoyed the night. I was back again within a few days with a different set of friends and family so I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service and great atmosphere. Great that we can go for some dinner and take our dogs with us.
