The Hearth - Gladwin

Food never disappoints. The wait staff is very proficient, very attentive. Fish Chips is great. Pulled Pork is fresh and tender, Burgers Pizza are delicious. Drinks are great too. The Hearth is very family friendly. Beautiful view looking at the golf coarse. All and All, it’s a great restaurant. Kid-friendliness: Our grandchildren LOVE this restaurant

Stopped in Sunday evening. We had drinks and dinner. Service was quick and friendly. We had breaded shrimp and fish and chips dinners. Both were excellent. They were out of the corn chowder but totally get that since we came in later in the day. Loved it, great job by our waitress.

The food at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered chicken marsala but received a poorly done chicken teriyaki instead. None of us in our out-of-town group enjoyed our meals and found them to be truly awful. I would never consider dining here again. If the meal hadn't been paid for, I would have requested a refund, as I rarely complain at restaurants. It was that bad! If I could give it a rating of 0 or negative stars, that would be too kind.

We have lived in Gladwin Co for 6 years and this was our 1st visit. Very nice establishment. The waitstaff was very polite, the service was right on point and our food was amazing! Definitely returning for dinner as today we had lunch!

I can only say great things about this restaurant - the food, service, and atmosphere are all fantastic. I have never been disappointed.
