Neptunes's Grille - Gladewater

Had breakfast there, waiter argued with us that we ordered a waffle instead of French toast. She went back and forth three times with me. We ordered crispy hashbrowns and they came from a bunch of musk. She never checked for us, never brought ketchup, which was good to me, because the hashbrowns were not edible. We won't be back!

I was very disappointed yesterday with the service and food in the Neptunes. My husband and I have eaten there for breakfast and lunch and were very satisfied, but last night was not the same at all. Our server was not very friendly and did not seem interested in helping with questions. And the food was really terrible... we got chili, that was just a bunch of hamburgers with some spices. My sandwich was burned on one side, but our server never came back to check us so I could tell her. Maybe it was an isolated incident, but I don't know if we want to try again.

Creative cocktails!! Tuesday evening event nights have fun there?s always a friendly staff working! The outdoor terrace has a magnificent view.

Neptune's Tempest are the place to be for great drinks, food, and golf. The staff is attentive the facility is BEAUTIFUL! If you are in the area you should definitely visit Neptune's.

The food is a-maz-ing. Super helpful staff. The themed nights are my favorite. Look forward to going to the next one!
