Totally blown away by how great an experience we had. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman on the phone upon ordering. Very un-Richmond like. Ordered the signature boneless and it was amazing. The sauces are made in house and were superb. A way better chicken than that one inside H-mart.

Lovely! What a surprise to have such delicious fried chicken shop in the neighbourhood! Original is a must and must also try the soul!

Originally I gave a 5 star rating, praising its chicken and the price, but a day after that review went up, they raised the price by $2 for the medium and $5 for the large chicken on their website. It could have been a coincidence that they just wanted to raise the price for awhile now due to inflation, but with that I can no longer say that the value is good , which made me re-adjust my rating. The chicken itself is still great and restaurant is clean. I had thought about visiting once every week but maybe it 's still some good chicken to go for maybe once a month.

We ordered the Chinel Signature Original Fried Chicken Boneless Large. It was nice and crispy on the outside and real juicy in the inside. I really like how they provide 5 sauces. Not a fan of the soy garlic sauce though but the honey Dijon was so good!
