One of “THE” place to visit for your late night sweet cravings. Mosley self serve, but the one of the staff here also help me to move the dis-function table, kind enough. Great taro sticky rice cakes, very Asian style, not too much sugar and fresh taste. Love the location and opening hours. Please definitely check
I recently purchased a dessert from your establishment, excited to enjoy what I had heard were delightful treats. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the inadequate packaging of the product.Despite handling the dessert with care and ensuring no deliberate jostling during my commute, the packaging failed to secure the contents effectively. To my dismay, the dessert spilled out during the journey, creating a mess. It not only ruined the treat I was looking forward to but also stained my clothes and boots.The quality of a product is not just about the item itself but also how it reaches the customer. Proper packaging is essential, especially for items like desserts that are prone to spillage. This incident was a letdown and caused significant inconvenience, not to mention the additional cleaning required for my clothing and footwear.I am compelled to leave this negative review as a caution to future customers and as feedback to the establishment. Attention to such details is crucial for customer satisfaction. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your packaging to ensure that others do not face similar issues.
I used to be a loyal fan of Meet Fresh, particularly for their taro balls, which I absolutely adored. However, my experience at this particular location was disheartening due to poor service and management.I ordered a hot red bean taro ball dessert but was given a cold one instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the cashier insisted that I had ordered the cold version and refused to offer a refund. Seeking resolution, I asked to speak with the owner, but they were unavailable, leaving the matter to the manager who, up until that point, had heard the entire exchange but chose not to intervene.The situation was poorly handled, with the staff offering me a complimentary dessert in a manner that implied the mistake was mine. This drew unwanted attention from other customers and staff, making me feel as if I were causing a scene. It’s frustrating because I paid extra for toppings, and their prices aren’t low to begin with.Spending money should not equate to receiving poor service. My loyalty to the brand and enjoyment of their products don’t justify such treatment. After sharing my story with friends, I realized that I’m not alone in experiencing such service at Meet Fresh. Many of them, who were also fans, shared similar stories.This experience has led us to decide against patronizing Meet Fresh in the future. It’s a clear example of how inadequate brand management and a lack of focus on customer experience can turn loyal customers away. If our patronage is undervalued, it’s better to spend our money where it’s appreciated.
