Nyheim Lodge I Gjøra - Gjoera

I came across this beautiful treasure in the middle of fjords. It’s has an amazing interior design. Nyheim lodge is a historical place from 1905 at Gjøra. They offer homemade meals, accommodation but also stop over for a cup of coffee and cold beverage.

An authentic treasure along highway 70. We were looking for a coffee stop to plan the next stage of our road trip and got to this local hotel and restaurant. A simple coffee turned out into much more than an ordanary stop.

Absolutely fabulous and authentic place with a fascinating history! Well worth a stopover. Friendly staff and good food!
